La proposta è stata accettata dal venditore , ma a quanto pare vorrebbe venderci i mobili che sono o saranno di nostra proprietà. Esiste un modo per tutelarsi prima dell' atto?

Circa un mese fa, ho visitato l'agenzia di Lanzilotta Francesco che mi ha accolto con una ospitalità che non ho riscontrato in altre agenzie. Il titolare in persona si è messo subito a disposizione dedicandomi più di tre ore per visionare gli immobili a cui ero interessato. Nulla rispondeva alle mie esigenze ma, dato la loro disponibilità e professionalità dimostratomi, consiglio sicuramente a tutti di contattare questa agenzia e spero anch'io di trovare l'immobile dei miei "sogni" con loro.

We have been buying and selling in this region for 5 years and have experience of many of the local agencies. I can honestly say that the service offered by Francesco and his team is streets ahead of any other in the whole of the region. Not only do they have integrity, they go far beyond all expectations in their level of service both during and after the sale. They really earn every cent of their commission, which I wouldn't say of most of their competitors. Real estate Cisternino
Well,we have bought our house and the renovations are happening at a gallop.  They have guided ,translated, driven us to various offices to sign papers, dealt with the red tape, helped us open a bank account and so much more,including introducing us to an architecht on our wavelength. All this would not have happened with our doleful lack of Italian. We have never had the pleasure of buying a house before, it has always been a trial.  Here's to them, and may we enjoy many more glasses of Puglian wine together.

Dear Francesco  Having viewed 13 properties with 2 different agencies already over 2 days, we were becoming seasoned house hunters but nothing prepared us for the service we received from Francesco and his team. Annie was there with particulars at the appointed time and she and Jianni accompanied us to the property which we immediately decided to buy. Since that day they have worked tirelessly to make sure that everything has gone as smoothly as possible for us. Communication has been excellent by phone and by e'mail and Francesco and Annie have been at pains to explain and involve us every step of the way. The level of service offered seems to know no bounds and they manage to combine professionalism with real customer care and attention, often burning the midnight oil on behalf of their clients. Francesco is very proud of the standards he applies to his business approach which you feel from your very first contact with Anna and we the clients can only benefit from that.  The whole team have made Cisternino feel like a home from home and we are very much looking forward to moving in June - 3 months after first seeing the property!
